  • 14 ozextra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoongochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonrice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonhoney or maple syrup
  • steamed rice, for serving
  • sliced green onions, for garnish

  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
